Lol, if this drama isn’t set up solely to be a love triangle, to the degree that the first teaser is only the love triangle. tvN has released the first look at upcoming rom-com K-drama The Practical Guide to Love adapted from the webtoon Efficient Dating for Singles and it’s an old school throwback to the very set up that made K-dramas so popular in the first place. The ole one girl two hot but totally different dudes who like her tableau, and in this case it’s Han Ji Min with playing against type nebbish-y Park Sung Hoon and bad boy-ish Lee Ki Taek. She’s a competent office mid-manager who decides to go on blind dates to shake up her personal life and finds herself not one but two appealing and wholly different potential suitors. I’m game for this drama and hope it delivers a fresh take on a tried and true framework.
