First Official Stills of IU and Yeo Jin Gu From tvN Drama Hotel Del Luna
I’m pre-loving the set up for upcoming tvN drama Hotel Del Luna. It subverts the more prevalent of K-drama tropes with the male in charge and the woman as the straight man character to marvel at the extremes around him and course correct to make him the perfect guy for her. Here it’s IU as the thousands year old bossy and cold spirit running the supernatural hotel and much much younger and still human Yeo Jin Gu as the highly educated hotel manager working as her consigliere to keep her in check. Their first official drama stills look fantastic, you can tell she’s the boss lady and he’s got the perfect demeanor of being deferential by his role but still a someone in charge with his aura.

So far teasers & stills look good. It will be fun watching a thousand yrs old pretty ghost romancing a young pretty human during this hungry ghost month.
We can expect a good drama as both leads are good in acting
If anything I must say the fashion that IU has been decking out in the new stills looks really good.
