The drama remained rather under the radar, I rarely heard any buzz about it, but the ratings kept going up steadily and has ended as the third highest rated drama in MBN history. From the online reviews it’s the story and directing, and serviceable acting from the leads, that created a solid sageuk to watch, which is especially special in a sageuk vacuum during this period. For sageuk fans who may have avoided this due to the leads and low budget vibe, this sounds like a worthwhile drama to check out.
