Yay it’s finally here! This Monday is the premiere of new SBS sageuk Joseon Exorcist, returning the network a drama in that Mon-Tues time slot after Penthouse finished its first season and moved the second season to Fri-Sat. It’s a huge cast that includes veteran Kam Woo Sung as the King and Seo Young Hee as the Queen, male leads Jang Dong Yoon and Park Sung Hoon as the two Princes, three female leads in Jung Hye Sung, Lee Yoo Bi, and Geum Sae Rok, and last but not lead cutie Kim Dong Joon who decided to borrow his grandfather’s suit to attend the press conference lololol. The PD is a seasoned sageuk vet after directed Nokdu Flower, Tree With Deep Roots, and Six Flying Dragons and the screenwriter has a dozen movie scripts under his belt and wrote the dramas Mr. Queen (one of the two writers), Doctor Prisoner, the second half of Inspiring Generation, and Cain and Abel. Mon-Tues are going to be sageuk heavy for me with this drama and also the second half of River Where the Moon Rises.
Long preview for Joseon Exorcist:

One mistake there. Writer Park Gye Ok is a man 🙂 Trailer was scary… while I am a huge fan of his writing, 50/50 about watching the horror genre.
Why does it have to be so late at night? Not a good thing to take to sleep. ?
