At this point I don’t know if Mainland Chinese entertainment is The Game of Thrones or The Hunger Games, all I know is that making the money over there is a life and death/cancellation proposition for sure. A few days after it seemed much ado about nothing due to a rumor that C-actor Li Yi Feng missed a CF brand promo event because he was arrested for solicitation, which he did a live stream to explain that it was due to COVID-related protocols that he had to miss and all was well, now shit has legit hit the fan. Today came the rumor that from a man named Li He was arrested for visiting a massage parlor (prostitution) on August 19th and was released after 14 day detention on September 2nd. Li Yi Feng is using a stage name and he was born Li He (though both the surname and given name combo is common) and if he was indeed still detained but just got out then it would make his missing the CF event but able to do a live stream plausible. This story is gaining traction because Li Yi Feng was supposed to perform at the high profile CCTV Moon Festival Concert program but his name and the song has since been deleted from the program list. His name no longer shows up when you search awards show sites that he previously won Best Actor for like the Golden Eagle Award and the Huading Awards. This rumor spread for hours before his agency released an official legal statement that it would sue all the rumor spreaders and there was no truth to the rumors online and this matter has been handed to a law firm to handle. Let’s wait and see.

Chine entertainment is the hunger games. I don’t get how someone as rich as Li Yifeng couldn’t just be happy with just being rich. One of the rumors says he was a pimp for capital. But why? Why? Is the pay for actors low or are they this greedy in the business? Why are Chinese actors so greedy? I am dumbfounded.
I will wait for more details, but day after day the news of one more entertainer getting eliminated from the game. Some for dumb reasons and others for serious one. No one is safe.

My advice to Chinese Celebs, if you really a jerk, come out and be one. If you really sleeping around, be bold and say your two timing. If your pregnant, tell the world how happy you are. If your dating, date publicly. If your married, announce it happily. If your cheating the system, apologize. All this hiding and pretending to be pure, innocent…its more shameful. Pitiful too. I can’t wholeheartedly cancel someone who is being honest with me.
Its OK he’s older now,being cancel is nothing much,at least he’s out of detention,which means his crime is not that severe,unlike Kris Wu.

Are you freaking kidding me? Solicitation of prostitution is illegal in China, he was arrested several times last year, there was one time him with 7 girls, and also with under age 14 years old. Are you his fan girl or what? Open your eyes and accept the truth.. stop defending for brainless idol who does not know how to control his bottom part.
Prostitution is a not a crime..its got something to do with our character but going for underaged girl is a crime..should be punished by the law.
