I didn’t think this C-drama would be up for a K-remake but now that it’s happening I can totally see it being worthwhile. Family C-drama Go Ahead (In the Name of the Family) with Tan Song Yun (Seven Tan) and Song Wei Long is getting a Korean drama version later this year and the leads will be Jung Chae Yeon and Hwang In Yeop. I feel like these two would be great in this type of drama and role and fits that well cast sweet spot and remain two of the more promising young actors in the industry and need to keep developing experience.

Love this C-drama, it’s a gem. Became a fan of Song Wei Long and Seven Tan, and director Ding Zi Guang. Would watch the Korean version but a bit wary of Hwang In Yeop.
I love this c-drama. I'm not a fan of modern c-drama, but this one was so heartwarming!
It's really a good Cdrama. I'm curious about the actors who will play the father because the original one did a great job.
Hwang In-Yeop should stop the highschool role now even he will play an adult later.
Sigh... most of those kdrama remake of hit cdramas failed to the hype as the original ones.
I wish they can cast a great FL. Seven tan did great. Steven zhang too. Song weilong wasnt bad, but still nice to see.
HiY is a great actor, hopefully he'll do great this time.
It would be tough to cast He Zeqiu. Zhang Xincheng's acting was just superb.
