Jang Nara Could Not be Further From My Happy Ending in Posters for TV Chosun Drama Reuniting with Son Ho Jun

So I hear that Go Back Couple is one of those underrated and recommended faves from K-drama watchers but it’s still parked on my growing list of dramas I need to go back and watch (pun intended). Now leads Jang Nara and Son Ho Jun are reuniting in a new TV Chosun drama My Happy Ending and seeing the posters of the female lead gives screams so much unhappiness the title must be an irony at its finest. This drama is about a successful business woman with a husband and child who finds her happy ending upended. Jang Nara always looks so perky and chipper these posters are a nice twist on her usual vibe.

  1. Jang Na Ra’s dramas are always watchable. I’ve got many favourites, but the most memorable one has to be The Last Empress, for the crazy plotlines.

  2. I lowkey hated Go Back Couple because they forced the mandatory happy ending with the couple getting back together even though their relationship was still toxic and the husband was still an ass.

    • Was he an ass tho? I don’t think so, even in original timeline he really care about her, but because of economy and work stress, they became far from each other. It didn’t help that they stopped communicating after her mom’s death.
Of course since her and namgil story got more airtime lot of viewers hoped they could be together. But we can see that towards the end after she and her husband communicated their feelings, they realized they actually always care about each other. In the end, they’re able to fix their marriage.
10 years of relationship, although there were problems, there was also lots of happiness

  3. did anyone watch jang nara and jang hyuk’s last drama? I watched a bit but didnt finish. Was hoping it is like their 2014 drama, fated to love you
