Period C-drama Love Travels Through Time Cast More Age Appropriate Leads with Li Hong Yi and Yang Yu Tong
I don’t know which insano in the casting department for period C-drama Love Travels Through Time thought it a good idea to pair up Liu Xue Yi with underaged rising actress Ai Mi, but it did make for fun times with a rare moment of collective online cringe and howls of ewwwww. There was an attempt to keep one of the two and swap out the other, in both ways, but in the end there are two new stars cast as the final choice. Li Hong Yi and Yang Yu Tong will be playing the leads and filming starts at the end of March this month. This I can get behind, and with less scrutiny or a sky high budget, there is less hype and more room to surprise viewers.
They look quite good, visually wise approved
I still love and looking forward li hong yi ang zhao lusi. The best pair ever. Anyone who paired with zhao lusi is the best. I would never watch a Chinese drama if it’s not zhao lusi.
Why can’t Netflix get this drama I’ve seen clips but would love to see all of it
I feel like they got Liu Xue-yi and Ai Mi’s names out there to create fake buzz for this drama or some staff member’s dumbass suggestion at a meeting making it outside the office. This casting makes much more sense. I’m always surprised at how young Li Hong-yi is.
