C-actress Zhao Lu Si Continues to Remain Active in Promos Releasing New Photoshoot to End Busy May
Every time I see a new C-drama getting cast or names of stars being in discussion I really hope to see Zhao Lu Si pop up more. I think it will help once her finished modern romance drama Almost Lover with Willam Chan airs (likely this month in June) to help get her back on track with the acting side of her career. She remains very active in promos and in recent months I’ve noticed lost of different looks, it’s like she’s experimenting while not every look works for me she is at that prime age and career to craft her own image any way she likes. This latest look was released by her agency to celebrate the end of May and gives her a more refined and mature look.
Her eyes looks do vacant…drained. Take it easy and pick work that you can cope. Dont take on too much and under deliver, that will make you feel worse.
I think it’s more of her eyebrows + lip color combo, her eyebrows look like she doesn’t have natural brows and have to draw them on, and she could do better with a brighter lip color. Anyway, Almost Lover is going to be one of the last chances to save her acting career. I hope her fans don’t ruin it by picking fights with her co-star and other fandoms again.
Some of her fans are very immature… I too hope it will go on well for her. I may not be a big fan of all her shows. But I have seen clips of her interaction with other cast members. She has many friends that she worked with and still cares about her. I really wish her well.
Yeah I’m not a fan of the muted color palette of her makeup these days. She’s apparently a Bright Spring so she needs brighter colors for her beauty to come alive.
She looks tired, but at least starved. Hopefully she will find a script that will give her spark back.
She left her last project, will she be okay with it? I mean, will the producers trust her? But the brands still use her, probably the public still loves her.
With so many popular actresses nowadays, one can replace another.

Regards what negative comments some antis says online, even how she is acting the whole depression period. I do not believe as watching those clips of her when she is unwell, that cannot be fake.. She was really ill… But I dont think she is recovered well enough to take on a drama. CFs are good in the meantime.
