Li Lan Di and Ao Rui Peng From Coroner’s Diary Rumored to Reunite in iQiyi Produced Modern C-drama My Queen My Rules
Never change C-ent, haha, always jumping on a hot bandwagon and doubling down on what worked. C-ent casting rumor this week has Li Lan Di and Ao Rui Peng in talks for a new iQiyi modern romance drama My Queen My Rules. If they accept it will be another fast reunion of popular drama CPs in the recent year, after Zhao Jin Mai and Zhang Ling He and soon to start filming their new drama Meng Zi Yi and Li Yun Rui. But a deeper look at this melon says the female lead will be Li Lan Di for sure but the male lead isn’t a lock for Ao Rui Peng, so it’s still in flux. But the heat from summer unexpected hit Coroner’s Diary continues to simmer especially with its follow up The Wanted Detective with Wang Xing Yue and Xiang Han Zhi not doing well.
So iQiyi wants another flop that it needs to pour millions in just to make it look good? I am here for it.
So many casting same people twice is happening. I still wait for a day where Bai Lu and Xu Kai cast together for 3rd time as leads…

I wish they change the FL to Wang Churan or Zhou Ye. Li Landi is a good actress and very pretty, but Ji Mingsu is supposed to be arrogant but sweet inside. She has a cold beauty but superficial. But i really like her character’s development. For me, Wang Churan or Zhou Ye will slay this role perfectly.
For male lead, Cen Sen is the novel typical cold CEO. Wu Lei or Xingxu will be a better choice. But i personally prefer Boran Jing or Bai Jing Ting.
Oops… as a novel reader, sometimes i cant help but imagine certain actors playing the novel characters.. lol
Me too!!! I do have my own cast in mind when I read novels… But sometimes, I find it hard to even cast suitable lead actress for my novel, easier with meal leads..lol..
