Chae Soo Bin and Kim Young Kwang are Adorable Opposites in Need of Each Other in First Poster and Preview for Netflix Rom-com Take Charge of My Heart
So this looks way cuter than I expected from the early synopsis and spicy looking webtoon cover image. Netflix rom-com Take Charge of My Heart is heading our way in month with an early October 2026 release date and the first poster and preview just dropped this week. Starring Chae Soo Bin as a woman hit by lightning as a child and now emits electricity and Kim Young Kwang as a man with an artificial heart that is losing charge, the two take the opposites that need each other to the literal meaning in a physical way. It helps that she’s so teeny-tiny and cute as a button here and he’s super tall and brusque but then his failing heart needs her electrical current so their contract relationship makes sense and doesn’t seem terrible icky since she just has to be near him and likely hold his hand for the electricity to charge. If done well and with strong chemistry this has a chance to be a fun watch.
