The COVID-19 surge in South Korea in no joke, since December for the last three months its non stop news about this star/actor/singer/idol testing positive. There are way too many to keep post tabs on but on the occasion it’s a super big name star or someone I follow closely it does remind that entertainers don’t have the luxury of working from home and are always in many people environments. This week it’s Lee Seung Gi who hit the omicron variant jackpot, he’s tested positive for COVID-19 and is now in home confinement. His agency says he’s feeling fine and has cancelled all activities until he can test negative. He’s fully vaccinated and also got the booster so that’s a relief to know he’s just got mild symptoms.
