Thriller Period Spy K-movie Harbin with Hyun Bin Releases Posters, Teaser Preview, and Confirmed December 2024 Release

I love seeing so many talented K-stars in one movie and bonus points for this one getting lots of attention thanks to male lead Hyun Bin who keeps on picking interesting and challenging roles. The movie is called Harbin and is of course set in the titular city but in the early 1900’s era when the region was on the brink of war with Korean, Japanese, European, and Chinese forces all playing cat-and-mouse games. I love the all back and obscured profile posters and joining Hyun Bin in this movie are Park Jung Min, Jo Woo Jin, Jeon Yeo Bin, Park Hoon, Yoo Jae Myung, and Lee Dong Wook. The drama is from the PD-screenwriter of The Man Standing Next and will premiere in December 2024 after being shown at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Preview for Harbin:

  2. I so happy 😊 that finally Hyun Bin is back. ❤️ Where the movie is going to be available to see.
    I from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

  3. Lee Dong Wook was announced as a cameo but he’s more of a second lead which makes his billing in the poster make sense. It’s actually Jeon Yeobeen who could have been billed as a cameo appearance with her very limited screentime in the latter half of the movie.

    • I think cameos only work if the one doing the cameo is some big superstar. JYB is a good actress, but I’d hardly categorize her as someone with enough star power to warrant an impactful cameo in the billings. JWS was also announced as a cameo in this movie, along with LDW and given their big names, that works perfectly.
