Romance Period C-drama Love in the Clouds with Hou Ming Hao and Lu Yu Xiao Reportedly Scheduled for End of September 2025 Premiere on Youku
With the spate of August 2025 C-dramas ending/ended such as Moonlit Reunion, When Destiny Brings the Demon, and Shadow Love, and we’re now in early September hopefully this month will have one or two good offerings. The first to get a reported airing date (not yet confirmed) is Love in the Clouds streaming on Youku. It stars Hou Ming Hao and Lu Yu Xiao and has been leaning heaving in the love-hate vibe with a lot of skinship in the promos. I was soooooo bored with Lu Yu Xiao’s last two dramas but am looking forward to her playing a more femme fatale type role here like she did in My Journey to You. The teaser looks great, love the cross and double-cross between the leads and I remain cautiously optimistic.

This seems like both their genre. Hopefully it’s not a bad story and execution is decent.
Whenever there is a Hou Ming Hao drama they always OVERshare filming parts both from official accounts or fan accounts. I wonder why. I didnt read novel or know anything about characters yet its too much that I feel like I was spoiled from it even before promo timing arrive…
