C-actress Song Zu Er Alarms Fans with Extremely Skinny Physique at Brand Event
I can’t say this is a surprise, the pressure to be thin in entertainment is across the board in every single country in every medium. But for C-actress Song Zu Er, already every skinny and petite to begin with, her latest look at a Valentine brand media even this week has everyone buzzing with concern. C-netizens are calling her “a walking skeleton” with how incredibly thin she looks. Her dress is draping beautifully but it’s like a size 0 and she’s still got room underneath. She came back last year ago after her alleged tax evasion scandal with one of the most successful comeback ever with two hit C-dramas in close succession so one would think she’s in a good spot and not terribly stressed to look this gaunt. If this was an intentional weight maintenance then I hope she heeds the majority opinion that she can add more round softness and still be totally beautiful.
It’s like the trend there to be super skinny. Tian xiwei also looked so thin in recent event. Even the actor like ZhangLinghe looked thinner too. I don’t get it though. Aren’t guy with toned body like HeYu and YanAn more attractive. Or maybe they did it to looked good in ancient constume since those are more bulky?

It was noticeable in the latest stills of one of her soon coming historical dramas. Hope she is okay health wise because being too skinny like that puts people at risk just as much as being obese. After the government being pissed about making generals too flimsy and dainty you would think this would signal agencies to ease up on this whole anorexic look. Though I get it staying healthy slim can be tougher as we age due to changes and decline of health so it is easy to look like her without realizing it. Not making excuses though. This skinny trend is a global issue too and I hope it changes sooner than later.

If this is for a role that director/producer should be starved. I hate it when producers/directors ask an actor/actress to drastically change weight for a role; its so dangerous for their health. Also, she could have definately been styled better here, something with ruffles not draped like the above photos. I’m guessing the dress is from Valentino as well and Valentino didn’t bother to size it to her better or pick a better match from their lineup for her. She’s a beautiful woman; its a shame to see her dressed so unflatteringly. In the TV series The Truth, she looked healthy and stylish. Its so hard to be in the public’s eye where you get both skinny-shamed and fat-shamed within the same month.

They are late…She has been this way since that costume drama she is filming. There were many vids when she was wearing half costume+ half modern clothing, getting off the van towards filming site. I was afraid she would fall from wind she was that thin months ago.Its very concerning yet I also saw many fans calling that very pretty and SLIM healhty so…
