This sounds like the one girl and three guys sageuk harem of Sungkyunkwan Scandal but a whole lot less leading star power. SBS is prepping a new youth sageuk called Love Story of Flower Scholars centered around a boarding house in the capital city where scholars come to stay while studying and taking government exams. Shin Ye Eun is the female lead and runs the establishment while Kang Hoon is newly elevated to male lead and plays one of the scholars. Kim Ki Tae and Ryeo Un are the other two boarders and together and four try to solve the mystery of a missing man from 13 years ago. It’s described as a comedy, romance, and heartwarming story.
