Kim Hee Ae is the queenmaker in question helping to elect Moon So Ri as the next Mayor of Seoul, ambitious indeed since in real life there has never been a woman mayor. The two acting Queens look ready to rumble but fashionably here in a new Elle Korea pictorial promoting their collaboration in the drama.
