Yoon Eun Hye was supposed to be back on the small screen this year with Love Song, which has now been officially terminated after the production company could not find a co-star for her since the death of Park Yong Ha last June. But YEH is coming back to the big screen for her next project, a chick flick called My Black Minidress.
The movie co-stars Yoo In Na, Cha Ye Ryun, and Park Han Byul. I’d be lying through my teeth if I said I was planning to watch this movie for anyone other than YEH. To be fair, I am totally in the mood for a chick flick, and a younger sweeter Korean version of Sex & the City sounds right up my alley.
The promotional stills and posters all look great, and the story is likely a series of vignettes centering around YEH’s friendship with her three co-stars, and their romantic, personal, and professional trials and tribulations.
YEH love interest will be played by Lee Yong Woo, who is one handsome block of wood. Even though his acting is abysmal, I was still weirdly mesmerized by him in Style.
My Black Minidress premieres on March 24, 2011 in South Korea.

i loved this movie
How, it didn't even come out yet?!?! Hehehe
movie looks cute...though TBH i'm not very fond of her hair here
i agree with D, i am not too fond of the hair. but for the most part, i think eun hye looks so beautiful in here.... so, i'll over look the weird perm like poodle hair do.
Park Yong Ha! *starts crying all over again* His death was such a blow, wasn't it?
Okay, I'm clearly having hallucinations. There is no way Yoo Ah-in is in this movie, right? *squints*
Aw, man, not Cha Ye-ryun! She has a knack for sucking the life out of all of her characters.
Anyway, I missed YEH and I'm glad she's back.
Like you, I will be watching this movie in my neighborhood CGV Cinema purely because of Eun Hye. I love her since Goong and there is no way that I will miss this movie. I know this will a riot of a movie but in very fun and refreshing way!
I really do not care about the male actors though I have the producers casted guys who do not look awful. Never mind if they cannot act as long as their faces will be pleasing to my eyes!
i love the concept of this movie. i'm looking forward to watching it.
I'm excited for YEH to be (finally!) moving on from the unfortunate mess that was My Fair Lady. She looks really good here, and what's more she looks more natural and effortless. Yoo Ah-In is just plain adorable, and it's nice to see her profile rising. And I've always been something of a Cha Ye-Ryun apologist. It's true that CYR does not do cute and bubbly. She conveys a very different vibe, and personally I like there to be alternative options for girls OTHER than cute and bubbly on the one hand or mean and bitchy on the other. Man, it's times like these I really wish I could hop a plane just to see a film.
Ha you said it.
I def wish I could hop on a plane to korea to see this in theaters. Even if there are no subtitles. I dont mind lol. YEH is awesome and I watch anything she's in, hell I watched all of her XMAN vids.
The movie looks interesting however I'm not diggin' YEH's character's hair in any stage of her transformation. I don't like it that she's the lead actress with such a flawed disadvantage. Maybe I'm missing something. I suppose I just like to see YEH glamorous all the time.
