Kim Soo Hyun Leads the VIP Attendees at Jang Hyuk and Son Hyun Joo’s New Movie Ordinary People
The movie Ordinary People is certainly a forgettable cinematic title used more than once before, but at least the cast of the upcoming K-movie isn’t ordinary in the least. Starring Jang Hyuk and Son Hyun Joo, it’s a twisty psychological power thriller that mines the dark reaches of human need, which I can totally see the two male leads bringing their intensity and A-game to the tense portrayal. Supporting the leads at the press conference are their industry colleagues most notably top Hallyu young actor Kim Soo Hyun, which still boggles the mind for me to recollect how young he was when he hit it big and then bigger with two huge dramas in a row. I like his casual yet stylish look for the event, his was the outfit that made the event less of a fashion disaster.

It’s hillarious how fate has turned Jang Hyuk and Kim Rae Won into the work-rivals. Last years their dramas ‘Beautiful Mind’ and ‘Doctors’ clashed in the same time slot and now their movies ‘Ordinary Person’ and ‘Prision’ are releasing on the same day.

Everyone other than Soo Hyun look so tragic. What is with the styling?? It looks so bad, it’s hardly funny.
And when will KSH make a comeback? I realize it’s only last year that he had no work but heavens it feels like decades on end. I hope he picks something – anything – soon. If it’s with someone I like and has a good storyline, it would be bonus because I just want him back at this point.

Kim Soo Hyun does look good. I often wonder if stars that go to these VIP screenings try to compete for the most outrageous look because their choice of outfits often range from weird to hideous.
