C-netizens Agree with Li Yi Feng’s Arrest and Cancellation But Wonder What the Trigger Was for All This to Come Out Now When He was Arrested Twice Before This Year Alone for Solicitation

The fallout from the Li Yi Feng solicitation of prostitution arrest is still reverberating in C-ent. Overnight he lost all 13 of his endorsement deals and the next day workers were spotted in store windows, on subway platforms, and on buildings removing any billboard or poster with him on it. He’s already been scrubbed from his drama and movie pages and one major awards show Huading went as far as to publicly rescind two awards he’s won a few years ago. C-netizens (other than his diehard fans) are in agreement that he got what he deserved but wonder why it took so long as he was arrested twice before this year for solicitation, this most recent arrest is the THIRD ONE. Netizens think his news was finally leaked to cover up bigger scandals likely in the political sphere and that’s probably true but it ultimately doesn’t matter since this is what happened because of his own conduct. There is also the feeling that the authorities were okay with brushing it under the rug until he went on a live stream denying the news and blaming COVID protocols for his second arrest and in the most recent arrest his agency and himself personally issued emphatic denials.

  1. that picture of him browsing porn is just the funniest thing ever. he looks like a serious dude browsing cnn, and then you zoom in hahaha

  2. Not that difficult. His backers cut him loose.

There are several other people who are in the same danger. Once they lose the support, they will experience this exact same thing. It’s typical China.
