More Pictures From Gong Hyo Jin and Kevin Oh’s New York Wedding Showcase Classic Touches Thrown In
K-actress Gong Hyo Jin and singer Kevin Oh got married last week in New York and while it was a private friends/family affair some pictures have been shared. I love that we see glimpses and not the couple in the usual wedding poses. The above is the newlyweds in a soft hand held moment with their wedding rings and his/her Piaget watches, its more classic wedding style than I expected from Gong Hyo Jin but then again she adds her more iconoclastic touches elsewhere. I adore the draping flowers and leaves over the banquet table, never envisioned that before and it’s so cool and pretty. The donut wall brings low brow to a high brow proceeding and the outdoor altar space captures the outdoor seascape without overwhelming with too many details.
I see a ring tattoo under her wedding ring that is so cool and so her.
The groom kissed his own finger. Why didn’t he kiss the bride’s? I don’t understand why
That’s Gong Hyo Jin’s hand he’s kissing, the LOVE tattoo is hers since awhile ago and you can also tell it’s her hand because the Piaget watch on that wrist is smaller in size (woman’s size) then the Piaget watch on the other hand (men’s size). Also the other hand has a suit jacket so it’s clearly Kevin Oh’s hand.
They both have very elegant slim hands for sure.
i am also wondering why ….
Its only their selfie pic.. do they have to kissed all d time to prove their love.. πππ
The hands picture looks like an advertisement for expensive watches – such a confusing wedding photo because she seems to care about the environment/ less into very conspicuous consumption. Just a puzzling photo for her to post because the very flashy watches are such a focal point.

Those are $30,000 watches – $60,000 to tell time, for a couple that seems to want to be understated, environmentally and socially aware – just a curious odd way to capture a wedding day. Really like her as an actress and the issues she raises so itβs just disappointing
Perhaps it’s a kind of sponsorship , a lot of celebrities do that . They receive money from a brand if they wear their item the wedding day . Just saying .
She’s been working as Piaget’s brand ambassador for years. I’m guessing the brand sponsored their rings and couple watches.
Any cultural significance to the doughnut wall? I don’t quite understand it. I’m keen to learn of cultural nuances.
I think itβs just based on what the couple likes. No cultural significance
