Such is the response to the news that K-actress Kim Tae Ri will likely be the live-action version of webtoon Jeong Nyeong, a period story about a Korean woman in the 1950’s striving for success. It almost feels like a less dark version of her debut character in The Handmaiden. She’s coming off an award winning and ratings hit drama Twenty Five, Twenty One and of course remains one of the top actresses of her generation in both buzz and delivering results so attention is now high on this drama which she will do after she does the next Kim Eun Hee thriller drama The Devil.
