So I wrote last week about Dilraba Dilmurat signed on for a period C-drama next with a female centric lead and revenge plus time travel story. It’s called Wan Zha Chao Huang 万渣朝凰 and the English title of the source manhua is called Cheating Men Must Die mwahaha love it. She’s confirmed though not official but now C-ent is abuzz with the search for 8 top name male leads as the story has her jumping through eras and time periods into different bodies to get revenge on cheating asshole male leads. So the drama will not have a OTP and the first male lead reportedly signed on is Dylan Wang. I have also heard it will include Ding Yu Xi, Zhou Yi Ran, Zhang Ling He, Zeng Shun Xi, and many more are in talks. Each male lead will have a segment of the drama and not overlap. C-netizens are laughing about how this past summer everyone was agog that Yang Zi had 4 male leads in Lost You Forever and now Dilraba is like hold my beer and doubled that to 8 lol.

Sounds like a really dumb rumor that only Koala is posting as clickbait, no popular male actor worth his salt is going to act as a male cheater just to help Dilreba’s new show, much less 8 of them who are popular enough to helm their own dramas like Dylan Wang, Joseph Zeng or Zhang Linghe.
That’s like saying Xiaozhan has a new drama where as the relevant post 95 actresses like Zhao Lusi, Esther Yu, Wang Churan, Zhang Jingyi will play rude Karens who get taught a lesson by him. Lol do people think these celebs have a brain defect to take such unsavoury roles to their own detriment?

It’s plausible the production trend in C-ent now is taking multiple famous leading men and women in one single drama because of…shrinking cash reserves from investors. LOL. It’s equivalent to getting pay cuts for actors.
These list of guys seem so young for her. Can we get proper pairing for Dilraba please. I wouldn’t mind seeing her paired with Vengo, ZBinBin or Yang Yang again!

She takes over the character in each story world that had been wronged by their man. After watching 5 seasons of the of the animation, I think there is one overall male character or remnants of him in most worlds she enters, someone who had helped her in the past.
