So the Queen herself Kim Ji Won and the Tears himself Kim Soo Hyun are just two totally different family background people trying to make a marriage work in upcoming tvN drama The Queen of Tears. So all lot of the tension and vastly disparate life experiences is going to come from the family members around them as evidenced in the new posters and previews. The two new full cast posters show Kim Soo Hyun awkwardly standing behind Kim Ji Won’s rich family almost like a butler and then Kim Ji Won frozen like a mannequin around Kim Soo Hyun’s ordinary raucous family animatedly enjoying their family mean. I keep sensing this is more rom-com than melodrama so please give these two a final happy ending even if the first try after marriage leads to conflict.
