• Lol. One of my classmates was mocking her this morning. It made me laugh because my classmate is precisely a short girl. 144cm, she has more than twenty.

  I don't like the outfit Zhao Li Ying wore anyways.

• I don't find Zhao Liying pretty. When I first started watching Chinese dramas I kept reading comments praising her beautiful looks, but I don't see them. Beauty is definitely subjective. Back to the topic of the post, the outfit she is wearing does not suit her body type.

• Short people problems. The suit is just too big. Gives me anxiety looking at it. One moment away to trip and fall forward or slip backwards like a banana peel slip.

• Is this some new fashion or something?

  Netizens mocked Zhao Lusi for this same thing just a few days ago because she had this same issue during filming. It genuinely is super visible and it does look like they are on stilts.

If anything, it's body proportions that affect how clothes look most. ZLY might be petite but her proportions are good and she had long legs, much like Bai Lu. Those with short legs and long torso like ZLS and Yang Zi have a harder time pulling off high fashion looks.

• That suit vaguely reminds me of the old Juicy Couture velour sweatsuits. And is Zhao Li-ying really that short? She seems around the height of your average cdrama actress and your average chinese woman. I would expect the netizens to be more sympathetic to having dress pants that are too long and needing tailoring.

  ZLY must have a strong core to be able to balance and walk in those heels.

• The main problem is ZLY does not know how to walk stylishly in super high heels. Covering her heels underneath pants is also a very dumb move. She might as well ride on a tall unicycle. Learn from Lady Gaga who can walk and dance in 9-inch heels and she shows her heels too (just google). LOL.

• I do not understand why she would agree to wear such a badly fitting suit?? It really looks so large on her. As a artiste of her calibre...I am very surprised she has no say what outfit she will agree to wear that will suit her and make her look elegant. The decision to agree to wear this suit and those uncomfortable high heels shoes are both unwise and will definitely open herself to criticism.

  Walking elegantly on 5inch heels needs alot of training... She clearly did not have enough time to practise in them.
