So either this drama is da bomb or Tencent is running out of finished dramas to air because this is one fast turnaround. The platform only recently confirmed the casting of leads Jing Tian and Zhang Wan Yi for Si Jin (似锦), though the drama finished filming towards the end of last year, but now it’s reportedly scheduling the drama for release some time next month in March 2025. I have heard industry gossip that the script is very strong and Tencent is pleased with the end product so airing it faster to capitalize makes sense. There are two new posters out this week as the drama increases reservations on Tencent and if you’re interested check out the first teaser preview below. Unlike in Are You the One where Zhang Wan Yi was pretending to be someone he wasn’t to fake marry the female lead for political gain, here he seems so much evil-er in his fake intentions but also appears to fall hard on his own petard by the end.

Lol second this. He's the male version of Ju Jing Yi. Both always have the same style in every drama lol.
His hair was down instead of up so that counts as a slight change no? lol It seems a little similar to his previous dramas with the whole revenge intrigue side to it but hopefully it works out. I’m in it for the female lead. We shall see
ZWY is one of those actors who doesn't pique my interest to give his dramas a try at all. Is that his real voice here? He graduated from an acting school yet sounds so muffled.
