Zhao Jin Mai and Wang An Yu’s Period Wuxia C-drama A Journey to Glow Set to Commence Filming Next Month July 2026
Lol, I hope this C-drama only has actual actors and actresses in it. Production scheduling in Hendian has revealed that iQiyi period wuxia C-drama A Journey to Glow, the sister or cousin project to A Journey to Love, will be kicking off production soon. July 2026 so next month to be exact, and the leads are the recently rumored new female lead Zhao Jin Mai with prior cast male lead Wang An Yu. I enjoyed A Journey to Love so with the same production team and stars I can accept watching onscreen this is a drama I’ll be keeping an eye on.
I love both actors. And I will definitely watch this.

Unlike lunatic fans who broke glass doors LOL and scrambled to see Zhang Linghe, fans of AI actors most likely won’t have a chance to do such stupid things. lol. ZLH’s agency had to cancel ZLH’s fan meeting and pay fans for what they lost financially to come to see him including travel and accommodation expenses. lol. The drama is farcical.
I seem to have missed watching anything with Wang An Yu in it so I’m curious. I like Zhao Jin Mai. And synopsis sounds interesting.
