I am just okay with C-actress Peng Xiao Ran onscreen in her drama performances but now I’m a fan of her straightforward and IDGAF response to what is usually considered a scandal of sorts in C-ent. This week pictures were released by paparazzi of her on what clearly appears to be a date or romantically hanging out with a dude. Reportedly the paps contacted her per usual to offer to sell the pictures to her beforehand to bury but she was not interested. The pictures came out and she posted on her Weibo confirming that she was dating a non-celeb and told her fans she will continue to work hard on projects and will see them in the future in her next role. As much as I think this is her fearless personality it probably also has to do with her not being shipped with a male lead in a long time and she’s 36 years old so why bother selling an fantasy anymore and just do her best making viewers pleased with her onscreen performances to come.
