Shin Si Ah Steps in for Go Min Si as Female Lead in Hong Sisters Next K-drama Grand Galaxy Hotel Opposite Lee Do Hyun
So the bullying allegations against K-actress Go Min Si that emerged last month in May during the airing of her rom-com drama Tastefully Yours has the first professional change in her career. She was set to be the female lead in the Hong Sisters next fantasy romance drama Grand Galaxy Hotel opposite male lead Lee Do Hyun, but will now be replaced by Shin Si Ah. Whether she was removed or left of her own accord depends on the news stories, initial coverage said the production did not want the distraction so changed the female lead, her agency released a statement that she left in order to not distract the production while she resolves the untrue allegations. Production has reportedly been delayed up to three months now with this change but is still scheduled to air on Netflix by the end of the year.

I like this change. I wanted Lee Do Hyun to be paired with a different leading lady since he has done several projects with Go Min Si already.
Shin Si Ah played her role well in Resident Playbook. This is a great boost to her career to have LDH as her leading man.
This is the male version of Hotel del Luna. Iām wondering if there will be a meta moment with him reprising Chung-myung in at least 1 scene facing his new character, Eun Ha.
Lee Do Hyun slays every tough role & outshines it in every piece of his new & brilliant work. You’ll be asolutely absorbed in his immersed acting with his character he’s acting rather than him as an actor himself. He doen’t fail to carry hos character on his own. Hence every new character portrayal turns out very impressive, iconic & sometimes trendsetting. He’s so good with every co-star but the most notable is Hwang Hee Tae in Youth of May. Nonetheless, I tend to have a great desire for Lee Do Hyun to work with younger actresses in drama series or movies that will end well & happily šš„šā¤ļø

Regardless of who’s the FL, I’ll definitely watch each LDH’s drama. He’s just such a good actor that I’m a huge fan.
I really thought the rumours were dealt with and it was all false. I did not expected it is still being dealt with.
But Shin Si Ah is a good choice.
