Ji Hyun Woo and Lee Shi Young Confirmed as Leads for MBC Mon-Tues Drama Life and Death Romance
Coming back from maternity leave fast doesn’t surprise me with K-actress Lee Shi Young. She’s such a hard worker and it’s important to keep up the visibility in the quick moving world of fresh faces in K-ent. Lee Shi Young has signed up to be the female lead for MBC summer drama Life and Death Romance, which also confirmed male lead Ji Hyun Woo. The drama is a romance set in the medical world between a surgeon and an endocrinologist, which sounds like Doctors if you ask me, more romance than medical centric.. Life and Death Romance will air on Mon-Tues after Investigation Couple (or Partners for Justice) which premieres next week starring Jung Yumi and Jung Jae Young.

Give it a miss…K dramas are loosing puff for me with nothing new to grab my interest.
Good luck to them both, hope the drama does well. Enjoyed watching him in Queen In Hyun’s Man, but have not seen any of his recent work.
Lee Shi Young? I wonder why she’s so hurry to act. I understand the will to work and to be a mum but filming a drama it’s like to work 20h/24h….

I would prefer to watch LSY as a kick-ass heroine in an action drama than in a romance medical drama which sounds like a snooze fest. Hmmm… I think I will pass…

I wonder if she is going to give away her ‘home made soap’ to the cast and crew like she offered a bar to Seungri of Big Bang in ‘I live alone’ . ?Yep Im happy to see her back on screen with baby in tow watching from the side! Really liked her in Playful kiss though and JHW from Wanted. Ok I can watch this. ❤️
