Jang Geun Seok and Lee Min Jung for the July Edition of W Korea Magazine

Jang Geun Seok has been very busy for the early half of 2011 despite not having a drama project since wrapping Mary Stayed Out Last Night. He’s released a solo album in Japan and is currently filming You’re My Pet with Kim Haneul. He’s featured in July’s edition of W Korea magazine (with Lee Min Jung) doing a very edgy desert shoot that appears to channel a light and darkness dichotemy.

Personally, I don’t much like these pictures. It’s cool and visually arresting, but it’s not something I find myself wanting to look at over and over. Also, I don’t think Seok and Min Jung have much chemistry. Regardless, have a look. The hairstyle on Seok is what he’ll be sporting in YMP. The day Seok cuts his hair I will throw a bloggy party here at the playground.
