I skipped Yoon Shi Yoon‘s last drama Nokdu Flower because I wasn’t in the mood for something so patriotic and serious plus he played the antagonist which is great for acting development but hard to watch since he’s such a baby-faced cutie pie in my eyes. But I’m planning to watch his upcoming tvN drama Psychopath Diary even though he plays the titular psychopath because he’s not really the crazy person killing people. He’s a depressed dude who tries to kill himself and fails at even that, ending up with amnesia and then believing himself to be the psychopath in question. The real psychopath is played by Park Sung Hoon with Jung In Sun as the cop on the tails of catching the menacing killer. It’s billed as comedic and a police procedural and will take over the Wed-Thurs time slot in November.

Anything with YSY, I am in, except Nokdu Flower for the same reason as Ms.Koalas.
The same, patriotic drama isn't for me either
Mmmh... Yoon Shi Yoon's hair is so puffy in those stills ... I think I like it though? Probably just because I like him so much!
I watched about half of Nokdu Flower and yes, it was very patriotic. Yoon Shi Yoon was so wonderful in it, his acting was fantastic, but yes, I felt sad because there was no way his character was getting a happy ending and I just loved him so much and felt so sorry for him ...so I stopped watching.
I am so excited for his new drama now! :)
