The motto of Squid Game 2 is clearly go big(ger) or go home because holy is this an insanely packed drama cast. The main leads attended the script reading and Netflix released the pictures showing Lee Jung Jae and Lee Byung Hun as the two heavyweight A-list leads with returning Wi Ha Joon and new arrivals Im Shi Wan, Kang Ha Neul, Park Kyu Young, Park Sung Hoon, Yang Dong Geun and Jo Yu Ri. Gong Yoo is also announced to return but it appears he’s still in a guest starring capacity. In addition, more new game players were announced today with T.O.P., David Lee, Kang Ae Shim, Lee Jin Wook, Won Ji An, and Roh Jae Won. It’s fine for the production to bring together such a huge big well known cast but it sorta makes me miss how the original SG had mostly fresher faces that surprised everyone.

Still don't understand why they chose to waste $ on well known actors, when the first season did not relay on them. The best part of hiring new actor is because we audiences aren't familiarize with them and it will add an element of freshness.
Why don't they learn to budget well and produce good drama instead of waste $.I just read an article about how w/ the raise of Kdramas popularity, stars are demanding more $ and production are actually not making as much $.
LJJ apparently demanded USD 1 million dollars per episode! This was released by Dispatch so its highly likely to be true! That's insane! If he sets the rate that high for appearance fees then others will want the same and no wonder even CJENM can't keep up with the rising production costs! Netflix is ruining kdrama!
Etonnant non ! Another example of double standards , T.O.P is back after saying that he will never return ! Only women aren't allowed to have a second chance. Good for him, as i'm not against him returning , the same for Yoo Ah In but where is the justice for others actors . I always talk about about Yoon Eun Hye's case, but i can add Park Si Yeon, Kim Min Hee, ...
Sigh, it's so sad, isn't it? Even rap*st Park Shi Hoo got comeback dramas -_-
He said he wont comeback in Korea, that's why bigbang didnt promote their last song Still Life in korea despite doing so well back then. It's netflix's original, so probably, not really a 'kdrama' for him. Lol.
I thought he's already in moon lmao...
Ps :people talk about top, but forget, there's someone who had a rape case before... well, weed isnt hood but rape is just the worst.
What did T.O.P do?
Smoked some pot...LOL
Illégal use of marijuana ans TS while beginning military service . He was sentenced with 2 years of probation . So if he is able to comeback why not Park Si Yeon ( propofol use) , Yoon Eun Hye ( allegation of plagiarism ), Go Joon Hee ( sponsor contreversy)...LOLLLLLLLLL
I like that season 1 gave the spotlight to lesser know actors and actresses. So I'm kinda disappointed that these bigger names get to come into season 2 and ride the popularity wave.
