So last week was Thanksgiving in the US and as expected the amount of food consumed was pants splitting. It feels the same with the amount of dramas consumed because there are so many drams premiering recently that I can barely keep but have FOMO and want to watch them all. iQiyi decided to follow up Story of Kunning Palace with the premiere of A Journey to Love with Liu Shi Shi and Liu Yu Ning. The drama dropped today on November 28th so off you go to watch if this was on your radar. I need to take a bottle of drama antacids first.

Hopefully this drama keeps me entertained. For whatever reason, I’m drawn to historical dramas more than modern.

I heard a rumor The Last Immortal comes very early December. It’s a great Thanksgiving and Christmas, if you have time….
I miss Liu Shishi so I will watch this but the other that interest me is a a new drama ‘Fantastic Doctors’ , it is the Chinese version of SK ‘Good Doctor’. The rating looks steady. But it is definitely not in the ‘liuliang’ Cdrama radar. Has anyone watched it?

So far, this is such a good comeback for Liu Shi Shi’s drama. A+++ to whoever also chose Liu Yu Ning to act as the ML.
I’ve watched the first 6 episodes and the acting is decent. The plot is good. And chemistry is on fire. All the cast and crew are doing great.
After LYF and Scent of Time, im obsessed with this one.
