Disgraced due to a drunk driving incident K-actress Kim Sae Ron posted a picture on her Instagram Story at 1 am this weekend showing her taking a close selfie with Kim Soo Hyun. Their cheek is pressed together and she’s winking and it definitely isn’t a work photo lol. Kim Sae Ron was formerly part of Kim Soo Hyun’s own agency Gold Medalist before being dropped after her drunk driving so that the two know each other and are close enough to take this kind of selfie is not wholly unexpected. But could they be dating/have dated that’s the speculation from netizens. Kim Sae Ron deleted the story 23 seconds after posted because netizens have already screenshotted it so check it out below. A lot of netizens are are saying they are super disappointed in Kim Soo Hyun if he is with someone of bad character as Kim Sae Ron with her irresponsible ways.

The actress at the centre of this controversy was found to be staging post-DUI pictures of herself as a part timer but somehow she’s assumed to be a fountain of truth for what she’s implying by posting a (fully clothed, likely in public, if drunk) photo of herself with Kim Soo Hyun. I feel bad that she tanked her career at such a young age but she’s lied using pictures before so whether she’s actually a vindictive ex or just wants attention by making it look like she is, it makes no difference.
Anyway even if they were dating, they were both adults and it’s their personal business. @cahil, KSH did captivate me in The Moon Embracing the Sun. But that’s it. I agree he has eyes for good scripts with good directors along with very solid casts of all sorts of brilliant actors. Visually he’s not my cup of tea at all. His acting isn’t consistently touching my soul either. As a matter of fact, I was more impressed by his leading ladies in dramas other than TMETS.
I have in my mind my personal favorite actors aged from 20+ to 45+. He’s not among them. I’m honestly indifferent to his dating scandal or whatnot. But I understand many fans idolize and worship him like a perfect God. Incidents like this wouldn’t be an issue in the West, at least here in the US. Nothing would have an impact on actor’s career if no crimes were involved. But Asian fan culture is just different. I’ve got the foul taste from Kpop. Kpop fans are a bunch of crazy beaches. If KSH is as popular as Kpop idols, then it makes sense this “scandal” would cause a lot of trouble for him and his agency if not resolved successfully.

I’m watching the Impossible Heir. The plot is interesting but the script isn’t written in the best way. The directing is also just ok. Two leading male actors including Lee Jae Wook are pretty good. Unfortunately the FL is pretty lacking, not on par with their caliber. There are quite a few plot holes. But I’m so impressed by Lee Jae Wook. He’s perhaps the best in his generation that I’ve watched so far. I’m still following this drama for his sake. My favorite K actors used to be all in the same age group as KSH. Now LJW is added to the list. I root for him to become a great actor in next few years to come.

Son Suk Goo, Choi Jin Hyuk,Son Ho Joon, Yoo Yun Sook, Nam Goong Min, Ji Sung, Shin Ha Kyung, are my favs too … i liked Lee Dong Gun, Jo Jae Hyun, Chun jung Myung, Kang Ji hwan ,….i Found them all attractive and used to watch all the dramas back then .
