C-actress Hu Yi Xuan Finishes Filming Replacement Female Lead Scenes for Love Never Dies and Will be AI Face Swapped in for Cancelled Actress Yuan Bing Yan
So far all the AI face swapped C-dramas have only been with supporting roles and the most with a second male lead. It’s going to be interesting when the ones AI face swapping a lead role gets released, namely The Golden Hairpin and Night Wanderer where the male lead role is getting replaced . There is another one as well that just finished filming where its the female lead and the drama is Love Never Fails with Yuan Bing Yan and Liu Xue Yi. Last year it was rumored that C-actress Hu Yi Xuan would be re-filming Yuan Bing Yuan’s scenes as the replacement female lead and this week there is news that she’s done filming and the drama is heading into post-production with a goal to air next month in April, my guess to get it out there before anything else happens.
So glad to hear news for this drama thank you for postinggg. Its been so long while waiting but I always end up checking or thinking about it whenever I hear updates about LXY.
Im glad they picked an actress I actually like for the new face too lol
I have mixed feelings. I like Hu Yi-xuan a lot, so I’m glad I’ll be seeing her face and that she’ll get to lead this drama. But I’m also sad that her big lead role would be from face-swapping.
I do hope that Yuan Bing-yan can come back one day
