The modern C-drama Winner (赢家 Ying Jia) is reportedly slated to start filming next month towards the end of July 2026. it’s a brisk 24-episode S+ budget drama with the female lead having her life destroyed and then taking over the life of a rich heiress to plot her revenge step by step. The leads are going to be Tian Xi Wei and Wei Da Xun, by all accounts this is confirmed from the production and their agencies, and doesn’t impact other dramas both have been rumored for the past few months as many of those projects are far from kicking off filming. Billing will of course be by stroke order though this drama from the story sounds female lead centric and would be a great change of genre for Tian Xi Wei after a slew of period dramas on her resume the past few years.
