It’s back to the modern era for K-actor Kim Jung Hyun, no longer King Cheoljeong in tvN sageuk Queen Cheorin despite looking exceptionally fine in either era. He’s on a fashion pictorial roll with this new Esquire Korea spread as well as one in Allure but I like this high fashion one more. It an alterna-universe dream where his character in Crash Landing on You having made it out of North Korea alive and is living the high life somewhere in the sunny shores of Italy. He’s done two big hit dramas in a row and certainly the expectation will be high for whatever he picks next but he’s a really sensitive soul and I hope he doesn’t feel too much pressure and just let his career decisions happen as it feels right.
