It’s been a tumultuous month of December to end 2025 in K-ent, with now yet another scandal within its celeb ranks. There was the reveal that top movie actor Jo Jin Woong had concealed a juvenile offender past leading to his resignation from his acting career. There is also a scandal on the variety circuit side with comedienne and TV host Park Na Rae, in shows like I Live Alone, Amazing Saturday, Where is My Home, and many others, is facing a lawsuit filed by two of her former managers alleging a host of bad conduct violations. It includes workplace bullying, verbal and physical abuse, sexual misconduct, misuse of power, and violation of Korean prescription drug laws by getting medical injections with a proper prescription or in the allowed setting and instead having some unlicensed “injection aunt” come to her house. With this reveal, her side claims its disgruntled former employees attempting to extort her through the lawsuit. So far the programs have either removed her or she has left it, and she’s also stated that she is taking a hiatus and will respond to all the allegations properly.
