Gong Yoo, Kim Go Eun, and Lee Dong Wook Sit Down with Drama Cast for Goblin Script Reading

The fantasy elements and the fantastic cast has assembled like the next generation of superheros to bring home potential ratings gold for famed screenwriter Kim Eun Sook. She was present along with PD Lee Eun Bok, who directed her Descendants of the Sun, for the script reading of their next collaboration drama Goblin. Kim Eun Sook’s stint at KBS was short lived with just the blockbuster DotS, and now she’s moved Goblin to tvN to spice up the cable network with her brand of zingy one-liners and swoony male lead, of which Goblin has two stellar established leading men in Gong Yoo and Lee Dong Wook. They each have love lives with female leads Kim Go Eun and Yoo In Na, respectively, while Yook Sung Jae plays the puppy dog young guy role that he’s perfectly suited for. Everyone looks ready to rock and roll at the script reading, and better be with filming starting in earnest by mid-September for an early December airing.

  1. Super looking forward to this for my Gong Yoo Oppa! It’s been TOO LONG! And I love the fact that there will be no love triangle here. At least, with a girl for each guy it looks that way.

  2. Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na FTW! This drama probably will be like DOTS, shipping on the second line more than the actual leads.

    • Yups agree with you..until now kim eunsook is still leading as a hit maker drama..no wonder she is included a influencing person in korean entertainment industry..there’s most people judge KES drama but they were waste their time watched her drama ? in the fact, KES drama is always loved by kfans and ifans and always gets high rating when its airing ?

  3. Wow, Gong Yoo + Wookie? Christmas is arriving earlier this year, lol!

But it’s on TVN and with a title like Goblin, will it be too scary for me to watch?
