It’s a week with multiple Cha Seung Won news items and that makes me happy. First came his runway appearance at the Seoul Fall Fashion Week looking fly as can be. He’s always been a hot ahjusshi and year after year just builds upon it with maybe more white hair and wrinkles but also more charisma. Then came news that he’s in talks for a new K-movie called Tyrant, it’s from the director Park Hoon Jung of The Witch movies, New World, V.I.P., and the upcoming Sad Tropics. If Cha Seung Won accepts, he will join Kim Sun Ho who has accepted this movie after working with Director Park in Sad Tropics. There isn’t much detail about Tyrant but from the title alone I’m thinking it’s a period film.
