  • He is a newer actor but I wouldn't say he's a nobody. Liu Yuning isn't at the same level of popular but he was pretty well-known already, even in drama circles because he does so many OSTs.

• It's not going to do well because Gong Jun is terrible. And Yang Mi isn't that much better lately, I don't know what happened with her.

  • I am sure they will do better than the lend of Shanli, the plot seems very interesting and there are many other amazing couples to watch for ppl who don't stand the main lead

    Yang Mi is a weak actress, unfortunately, she doesn’t know how to act. I am sure that if Xu Kai had a more lively and natural partner in She & Her Perfect Husband, the drama would have received more recognition. Just like if Dilraba in The Legend of Anle had partnered with an actor who can act, instead of Gong Jun, who is also a weak actor. Dilraba may not be the strongest actress herself, but she was definitely much better than Gong Jun in this drama.
    Watching The Legend of Shen Li is also impossible because of both main characters: both Lin Geng Xin and Zhao Li Ying do not know how to act: they are tense, their faces are plastic, there are almost no facial expressions, the same facial expressions (more precisely, without expression) - it doesn’t matter, they suffer they are either happy, and, may the fans forgive me, I don’t see any chemistry. It's a mystery to me why this drama is so popular. 🙄
    All this is just my opinion!

• Oh yeah… I dont know about Gong Jun - Yang Mi pairing… Not feeling the chemistry from the trailer.

• No point getting stress, I doubt she is very stressed by it to be honest. She have dealt with so many public criticism all her career life...worse was about her parenting skills. This is nothing...

  I thinks netizens are really good at creating mountain out of mole hole, if there is even one to began with. Yang Mi need to prove to anyone but herself. Just be happy and do what she wants. She has good retirement fund planned already.

  • How do you know she is stress or not when she's not even quoted anywhere? She doesn't need parenting skills when she already left the child to the other parents side. If the child is with her, then she needs parenting skills. In a divorce, there is no such thing as co-parenting. Americans do it cause they sneak to rekindle once in a while. There are so many actresses who divorced too, like your fave, ZLY. Her child is not even with any of the family members, left with caretakers completely and yet the ZLY fans always try to throw shades at YM's parenting so shamelessly. Do you get paid doing that?

    • Of course there must be co-parenting in divorce, unless one of the parents is a criminal that must stay away from the kids or unless the parents are selfish jerks who don't realise that they must put the child's well-being before their own difficult relationship. And no, I am not American.

    • Agree with no rekindling. When YM broke up with HW, she really broke up. There is no turning back.
      Once in a while ZLY still eats out with FSF and the child like they are sitll a family. If reklinding is alright, why does Cnetz always jump to assumption they remarried? If ZLY or FSF already moved on, such actions will be very disrsepectful to the new partners. Divorce is beautiful in the eyes of irresponsible adults. For children, divorce is hell. One of the parents must give up so the child can move on and not being reminded of the divorce every other week, as he switches back and forth between 2 different families. I witnessed children that get kicked back and forth like that, if they say a word that the real father dislikes he will blame the child for siding with his real mom teaching him/her bad behaviors. Vice versa, the child can say nothing at all, and the real mother also blame him for such behavior learning from the real dad. A child must move on, he cannot step on 2 boats at the same time. Until the child is a full grown adult, he/she can choose if they want to go see the other parent that gave up or lost custody. Most adults are selfish enough to divorce for their own sake, but when they fight for custody to make them look great and pretend to go visit a child, they don't think about how it will affect the child.

• I've realized that this Koala is a Gong Jun hater. While he's certainly not without his faults, her personal opinions are always biased. All the comments and articles about him are always negative just like in this very article. While breaking down competition btwn the 85 flowers, she has to insert a dig at him without mentioning any of the other ML paired with the other actresses. Site has shown itself to be unreliable.

  • Wouldn't call her a hater, but she's found ways to only talk about the "bad" things about him like his dramas not doing explosively well (Legend of Anle wasn't THE hit of the summer, but it most definitely did not tank while Rising with the wind has a super good douban score) or saying a drama he's in talks to might do bad because of his "weak" acting. I know it's her blog and she has a right to her opinion, but it's gotten to a point where I already know, before reading a post involving him, that she's gonna drag him.

      Anle absolutely did tank and in general his career is in a downward spiral. The guy can't act. You can cry about it but that is the absolute majority opinion in China and abroad. Cope.

• At least Yang Mi and her fans are decent people who won’t throw dirty water on Gong Jun to hype themselves. Gong Jun would not want to work with greentea Liu Shi Shi and her fans who work with ML3 to use influencers and water army to facilitate their smear campaign against the ML during AJTL’s broadcast when she herself chose to work with Liu Yu Ning as her comeback ML in the 1st place. Gong Jun is after all so handsome and has a decent agency behind him so he won’t have to worry about becoming LYN2.0. That’s why if you’re fugly with no background don’t be over ambitious trying to be an actor especially playing ML roles. Gong Jun has the complete star package and he chooses his partners well. Pressed fangirls coz ur gege ain’t at his level can cry more

  • LSS is in the industry for so long, her fans are always quiet, so the fans attacking LYN are all fake fans.
    Nicky Wu is sorta a jealousy man, maybe he hired those water army. Who knows?
    Or like some theories say, the Shen Li team dropped a few trailers at that time but ZLY did 0 promotion on any of the supporting characters. It did turn out true now, ZLY conquers the drama with 100% screentime, even LGX is not to have any screentime without her presence whether in the form of CGI or herself. The success of AJTL is not on LSS alone, the audience love all the characters. If LSS gets too much praises for making so many people famous, it can make ZLY as a producer look very bad. Most of the ridiculous hate on LYN was about him stealing screen time, and all the rational audience did not agree with such unreasonable statements. AJTL was obviously under attack by antis that disguised as LSS's fans. If LSS has such attitude, she would've attacked all her costars back in the days already.

    • LYN is the lead and cannot have screentime, never heard of such stupid thing before. LSS did not produce AJTL, why should she take the blame for it? Nicky Wu holds many agencies under his hand, LSS can produce if she wants but she doesn't, interesting how ZLY is already producing and I bet Nicky Wu has some credits in that. He gave ZLY a part of his biggest agency, when she was pregnant at the same time with LSS he helped ZLY market against LSS. I also do not trust Nicky Wu.

  Liu Yuning was a ""nobody"" before his drama with Liu Shishi.
  He is a decent actor who is still in development. He debuted as an actor 5 years ago.
  Hu Ge is a huge veteran but he is not a good actor at all but he is very smart to pick projects that highlights his strong points plus media play.
  Li Geng Xin is an awful actor.

  • I agree that Hu He isn't really a great actor. The guy can't even shed a tear when it comes to crying scenes but I still like him & think he has a leading man presence.

• Just wait to comment until her drama is aired. Does YM have any new projects? GJ keeps getting offers, variety shows and CF’s. Lots of worse artists get jobs. No need to be stressed.

• It's most likely going to be the same for YM - the acting, the role, the mannerism - all flat. She is the most boring c ent celebrity at this point. Years in the biz did nothing to her acting skill and choices of roles. It was so frustrating to watch act subpar without a hint of consciousness that they're subpar. GJ? Meh. The only drama i liked of him was his school drama with a singer long time ago. He also went downhill after that. Sorry there is no life on this comment. Just like the subject of this discussion.
