So this is the drama that Ju Jing Yi was still filming when In Blossom premiered and guest starring Zheng Hehuizi stole her thunder, and in a stroke of irony the two were filming this drama together where Ju Jing Yi is the female lead and Zheng Hehuizi the supporting female lead. It’s called Qian Xiang (Thousand Fragrances) adapted from the novel Qian Xiang Yin (Thousand Fragrances Lure) and stars Song Wei Long as the male lead and Ju Jing Yi as the female lead. In yet another hilarious gesture, the production company released these first official posters to mark the drama finishing filming and put Song Wei Long’s name before Ju Jing Yi but added the caveat that name placement was solely based on how many strokes was in the two leads respective last names and Song had fewer strokes that Ju so his name came first. Hahaha, this billing stuff has production teams on the offensive right off the bat to make sure they are extra clear on why someone is before someone else. Anyways, I don’t know what Zheng Hehuizi did here to offend the poster maker because her nose got photoshopped way bigger in her full body pose and I’m all here with the popcorn.

JJY's nose looks different again (or is it photo-shopped to purposely make hers looking smaller than ZHHZ?). Her last name has so many strokes that she will be doomed as the second billing forever... LOL... SWL is quite a weak actor, especially in costume drama... Don't have a good feeling about this drama. Hmmm...
Isn’t it more weird to have a poster when one is only guest starting. lol.
All of their noses look oddly photoshopped. Plus the Ghostlike filters. I’m sure it will never end with c-dramas in general. I guess they are so scared to show their true faces or facade. Everyone gets so upset about these details but I’m not sure it will ever stop. Too much pride on flawless, smooth white skin that they clearly can’t maintain forever. Aging happens and plastic surgery mixed with the heavy make up and filtering will stick out like a sore thumb. Till then it is what it is.
Only idol dramas are rife with these skin-changing filters. I'm guessing this is what the target audience wants to see: actors with perfect skin and perfect looks falling in love with each other. Whether the perfection is real or not, doesn't matter to them. And if they don't look good enough, thy will relentlessly criticize them for not having "the visuals".
Movies and dramas that are more grounded in real life don't have exaggerated filters. Even in the few Taiwan and Hongkong dramas I've watched, the actors look realistic.
so this drama's focus will be visuals and limited acting then? pass!
Yea, who thought it a good idea to put these two in one drama? Who's gonna emote for the both of them?
I am all about the visuals but if not acting, I at least need the basic chemistry for a drama to work.
probably the same investors that thought putting angelababy and song weilong together was a good idea.
The haters bots that mock Song WeiLong only visual neet to be trained again with proper video clips
Do you know even when it's equal billing, there can still be hidden billing? The production crew here used character strokes instead of the usual alphabetical order so that Song Weilong's name is placed in front.
The photo editor needs to be fired. Everybody's noses look weird except for maybe Song Weilong. Ju Jingyi's looks so smoothed out that it almost look like she has no nostrils.
Not an avid cdrama watcher, I only know Song Weilong for his visuals getting compared to so and so actor as being superior. Objectively I do think he's one of the most handsome male actor of the current generation. Don't know about his acting though. Opposite JJY, this drama is going to be one visual fest and I wouldn't be surprised if that's the draw for it's viewers and fans.
Lol really over photoshop. SWL's side profile is probably to netizen standards and wouldnt need touch up. Hasnt seen much from him after him and his old agency had a fall out.
Is the one who photoshopped the poster the same one who did "Fangs of Fortune" with Hou ming hao ,what's up with super photo editing, new trend
