I actually have such high hopes for this drama and its probably because I think both leads have such a winning track record in picking their projects. The first stills are out for KBS drama Motel California starring Lee Se Young and Na In Woo, in a Hometown Cha Cha Cha and and Welcome to Samdalri vibe. Lee Se Young is one of my most favorite actresses of her generation and Na In Woo while never impressing me actually has in recent dramas not detracted from the project and delivered a solid turn. A drama that interests me these days is few and far between and I don’t want to look a gift horse in the mouth and this is one I am looking forward to.
It’s weird for me when I hear Motel California because that screams Hotel California and the amount of people who don’t know that this song is actually about drugs and addiction and California as a whole that was such a fantastic place at the time to really mess yourself up.
