Nicky Wu Declines Lunar New Year Invites to Attend Paris Fashion Week — 16 Comments

  1. “I’d totally pick Paris Fashion Week over singing some schmaltzy song on stage with back up dancers cavorting in the back. ”

Ditto! And hubba hubba…even wit some of the questionable outfits…still smoking hot!

  2. Those outfits are honestly, really bad. But it’s nice for him, I think to get some time off. He’s been working so much lately.

  3. Not a huge fan of the head-to-toe plaid…if it was just the shirt, that’d be one thing. Who even ever wears stuff from fashion shows, anyway? Most of it isn’t the least bit practical, let alone flattering on anyone who weighs more than 85 pounds.

  4. Fashion. Fascinating and confounding at the same time. You have to have a lot of confidence or be completely out of it to carry off these looks….He looks like the cartoon Joker from Batman in the plaid outfit- he just needs some sunglasses.

  5. I thought he looked good. I know the fashion can be silly but it is fashion week. Glad that he is daring. But the hair is a different matter…At least he has got lots of hair!

  6. Nicky really has great hair. ha. But yeah, I love me CNY, but this feels like a good change for him than singing and working the C/TW specials.

  7. I think he looks cool in the white suit (Louis Vuitton?) and the brown jacket. I don’t fancy his hair, but again, it’s Fashion Week. People can dress up weird there.

The most important for me is that Nicky is NOW, FINALLY, recognised at international level. And when international ppl start digging more info on him, he might be offered some international art chances (read: movies, singing, whatever).

@Baby (‘He seemed to think he looked cool…poor thing!’). I’m sorry to disagree in this forum, Baby, but I (and many pandas) know how humble Nicky is. He’s not someone who thinks he’s cool ; neither he is a ‘come on, girls, get me’ man. He simply isn’t that kind of person.
