There is a new reason in K-drama land to bring together two fated leads in onscreen cohabitation, if one is homeless and the other house poor then what perfect serendipity for them to cross paths at the park. The vibe for upcoming tvN drama This Life is Our First is totally bathed in the cable network’s light airy atmosphere, as if pastels and great lighting are the standard ingredients in making any rom-com. I think a better barometer of a successful rom-com is the casting of the leads and in this case Lee Min Ki and Jung So Min are totally tickling my fancy. His much too long hiatus from the screen and her much too cute charisma give me the warm and fuzzy hope that this drama will deliver a much needed rom-com hit for this lean year.
