K-stars in Collective Fashion Funk at Movie Premiere for The Negotiation with Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin

I feel like such a grumpy pants after seeing the Korean stars walk the VIP red carpet at the movie premiere for thriller The Negotiation starring Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin. Both leads were doing some sort of stylized granny and grandpa wear and other than the soft blue color of Son Ye Jin’s dress nothing is working for me despite the gorgeous looks of these two top movie stars. Their VIP guests also got the dress fuddy-duddy memo, and other Lee Jung Hyun everyone else needs to soften up, lighten up, and generally make this event visually pop. Son Ye Jin had her last hit drama costar Jung Hae In there while Binnie’s upcoming drama costar Park Shin Hye attended to show her support. The media rightfully noted actress Kang Ye Won‘s very gaunt and unhealthy physique which stood out and hopefully nothing is bothering her other than not eating as much lately. The Negotiation opens without too much competition as last week’s top grossing movies were Hollywood indie Searching followed by rom-com On Your Wedding Day.

  1. All the classic’s cast has a new movie πŸ˜€
Son Ye Jin with Negociation, Cho Seung Woo with Feng Shui and Jo In Sung with The Great Battle !

Hyun Bin is handsome but the shirt…

  2. Why do Korean celebs always dress horribly at these events? Do they consider these as good looks? It confuses me because I always thought Koreans had good fashion sense. Not anymore…

  3. All of their fashion is… too weird. Son Ye Jin looks pretty and she looks ethereal on baby blue. Hyun Bin looks manly but I wish he’d stop styling his hair that way, makes him look like a frog face.

    • The competition is pretty strong and it has less screens than the other two.
“The Nun” is still ahead so it’s kind of disappointing.
Maybe it would have fared better during summer.

  4. Hyun Bin is a very capable actor from drama to movies. A true hallyu star from his generation to now. Really love how he’s different from other Korean celebrities when comes to performing. His acting is really convincing and I have seen many people praise him. Rooting for a hit box office.
