The signatures are inked and the leads for the 2022 K-movie Gentlemen are finalized. Joo Ji Hoon and Han So Hee will work together in what is being described as a comedic detective movie where the two leads must team up to unravel a conspiracy. Joo Ji Hoon plays the head of a private detective agency who gets framed for murder, and he teams up with a hot blooded prosecutor played by Han So Hee to clear his name and the two get swept up into a larger conspiracy. The movie will be the first film production financed by Waave and is slated to start filming next month in August. Directing is the PD of The Artist: Reborn and will also mark the first movie role for buzzy actress Han So Hee, whereas Joo Ji Hoon is rolling through a series of hit movies under his belt since the first Along With the Gods in 2017 and he’s also committed for the third Gods movie which is in pre-production now that male lead D.O. (Do Kyung Soo) is out of the military.

I don’t think HSH star is rising too fast. The World Of The Marriage ended in early 2020, and it took her a whole year later to have a main role in a drama with only 10 episodes. With 2 main projects a year from now on and variety genres, she is definitely on the right track in my opinion. She has the look, acting skill, and public favor. Can’t wait for what she has to offer next.
