Chris Wu Attends the Dream Tree Lighting Ceremony in Taipei to Welcome the Holidays
Wahhhh, I love Chris Wu and I love Christmas trees and I love Open Chan and Please Chan! Those of you from Taiwan are probably familiar with the darling mascots of 7-11, starting with Open Chan, dog who comes from the Open planet and who loves to eat onigiri (height is four onigiri’s tall and weighs two pineapples) and Please Chan, the younger sister of Open Chan (she weighs 100 candies and 2 tablespoons of milk coffee with a height of 5 stacked mugs). I also love surly Lock Chan, who’s goal in life is to thwart Open Chan by locking everything he opens (it’s my cellphone accessory!). Anyhoo, it’s a total win win for me this week that Chris Wu was the guest at the Pink Dream Christmas Tree lighting ceremony at the second floor Dream Plaza outside of the lavish Uni-President Hankyu Department (統一阪急百貨) near Taipei 101 and next to the flagship Eslite Bookstore. I only mention the location so folks can go check it out, I’m totally going to in a few weeks when I’m back in Taipei. A Christmas Tree that is pink? Only in Asia, I tell ya! Chris adorably lit the tree with Please Chan and unveiled his new look for the upcoming drama Replacement Princess. I’m glad he’s shorn his hair, the playboy mop he sported for What is Love? was really unbecoming. I have a feeling he’s going to be a great co-star for Nikki Hsieh in RP, the two of them actually are even better actors on the big screen and share the same slow simmer I love.
Chris Wu and the Chan’s are so cute. I thought you said cw is the 2nd lead in RP. Well, if CW is the 1st lead, whoo hoo! Count me in, in RP.
Aw, he looks really cute with this haircut! Wish I were going back to Taiwan this Christmas, but those plane tickets… *sigh* Hope you have fun! n_n
Let me join in the chorus of “He’s a cutie!”
