I still lub Office Girls a ton. Even moreso now that I’m not recapping each episode in full. The joy is back in my watch because I can enjoy it the way it was meant to be watched, with not much analysis and plenty of good spirit. Maybe it’s the Christmas cheer starting to hit me full force, but I’m really excited about this Sunday’s episode. Xing Ren needs to grow some street smarts, and Zi Qi needs to learn how to damage control his lie about his background. Of course Kai Er and Zi Qi’s mom are likely going to unite forces to split up the OTP, but Zi Qi’s complete sureness towards his feelings for Xing Ren leaves me with great confidence their deceitful ways will be akin to an annoying gnat and nothing more.

The schemes of a beauty, Kai Er has taken the first move and convinces Zi Qi to accompany her to a meeting but keeping it from Xing Ren. Will Zi Qi discover Kai Er’s treachery? Kai Er’s series of attack moves, will the kind Xing Ren be able to withstand it? Will Zi Qi and Xing Ren’s relationship be able to withstand these attacks? Will Xing Ren get Zi Qi to reveal his big secret because of this?

Stallone has laid low recently but is once again ready to make a move. He shamelessly asks Le Le to keep him company on his birthday. Will electric sparks fly between them? To split Zi Qi and Xing Ren up, Zi Qi’s mom wants to send her son on a matchmaking date. Who will the uncomfortable matchmaking date be with?

Roy and Alice flirt with each other, with Roy pleased that OG is back on top as the number 1 rated prime time show in Taiwan for Sunday nights. Xing Ren gives Zi Qi a bag of almond tea for Christmas. He asks how she knows he likes it? She dares him to NOT like it. Xing Ren and Zi Qi are bantering when Kai Er walks up and asks if she is interrupting them.

Le Le is upset Zi Qi left a sick Xing Ren at home drinking canned soup while he’s out having a fancy dinner with the rich lady and Kai Er. Xing Ren sees a picture of the dinner and Zi Qi tries to explain that the truth is not what she thinks. Xing Ren asks what the truth is then? Can he please tell her.
